Job Title: OneStream Developer / Senior OneStream ConsultantLocation: PAN India (Hybrid)Experience: 2–8 YearsCompany: ANP ConsultingAbout the Role:ANP Consulting is looking for OneStream Professionals with 2–8 years of experience to work on end-to-end OneStream implementations for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on development experience in OneStream and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.Key Responsibilities- Configure and develop OneStream solutions across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting. - Build and maintain OneStream workflows, forms, dashboards, cubes, business rules, and metadata. - Develop and enhance business rules, including XFBR rules, calculations, and validations. - Support data integrations with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other source systems. - Work on data management, transformations, mappings, and automation processes. - Assist in requirement analysis and translate business needs into OneStream technical solutions. - Participate in system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–8 years of hands-on experience working as a OneStream Developer / Consultant. - Strong understanding of OneStream platform components: workflows, data management, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reporting. - Basic to good understanding of finance concepts such as FP&A, Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting. - Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms (good to have). - Exposure to OneStream MarketPlace solutions is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
