The company is headquartered in Bengaluru with a local presence in New Jersey, Philippines, South Africa, Australia, and Indonesia.The Role: This role at LeadSquared will partner closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial discipline, scalable growth, and clear visibility into business performanceKey Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insightsLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesBuild and maintain financial models for revenue, pricing, unit economics, and profitability analysisAnalyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and cohort performanceTrack business performance against budgets and forecasts; identify risks and opportunitiesSupport sales and marketing teams with deal analysis and ROI analysisPrepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadershipWork closely with accounting to ensure alignment between financial planning and actualsSupport fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level presentations as requiredDrive process improvements, automation, and best practices in financial planning and analysisRequirements: CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification3-6 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance (SaaS experience preferred)Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenueStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skillsAbility to communicate complex financial insights to stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentStrategic mindset with business acumenExperience working with senior leadershipStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethicExcellent organizational skills with a strong bias to actionWhy Should You Apply?
