With a focus on building a diverse and high-performingteam, they develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's values and culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Recruitment Strategy Development: The Talent Acquisition Lead develops and executescomprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles within theorganization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop jobdescriptions that accurately reflect the desired qualifications and skills. By leveraging multiple sourcingchannels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals, they ensure a steady pipeline ofqualified candidates.2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: In this role, the Talent Acquisition Lead proactively identifiesand engages with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, andprofessional networks. They conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phoneinterviews, and skills assessments, to assess qualifications and fit for the role. By maintaining candidatedatabases and talent pools, they ensure a continuous flow of candidates for current and future hiringneeds.3. Interview Coordination and Evaluation: The Talent Acquisition Lead coordinates and schedulesinterviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.They provide guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interviewprocess, facilitating effective communication and feedback exchange. Post-interview, they gatherfeedback from interviewers and candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall candidateexperience.4. Employer Branding and Talent Engagement: This role involves promoting the company's employerbrand and enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice in the jewelry e-commerce industry. TheTalent Acquisition Lead develops and executes employer branding initiatives, including participation inindustry events, employer branding campaigns, and employee referral programs. By fostering positiverelationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience, they enhance talentengagement and retention.Qualification Required:Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldRequired Skills:*Total Experience - 3+ Years* Good Communication Skill* Interpersonal Skills* SME in Talent source like BPO/Marketing/Tech* E Commerce Hiring* End to End Recruitment* Interpretation Skills* Hiring Mid Managers and Above* Knowledge of Linkedin hire and Head HuntingGood To Have:* MBA in HR/( Graduation in Human Psychology)* Chat GPT* LinkedIn connections-2K+* Good negotiation Skills* Understanding of the Salary Structure
