Role: Graphic DesignerExperience: 2+ yearsLocation: Mumbai Quantiphi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Graphic Designer. This role is a vital part of the employer branding and communications team. The successful candidate will use their design expertise to create visually compelling and contextually relevant collateral and campaigns. Your primary goal will be to collaborate with other designers to build and enhance Quantiphi's employer brand through effective, visually compelling materials. We are seeking someone who can reimagine and realize transformational opportunities through their design work.What you will do: Design & Content Creation: Develop engaging digital and print visuals (posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, etc.), creating diverse layouts and accurate data visualizations. Brand & Quality Assurance: Ensure design adherence to brand guidelines, maintain high-quality standards, define creative direction, promptly QA designs, and implement feedback. Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple projects, meet design specifications, understand stakeholder needs, and propose creative solutions. Collaboration & Optimization: Collaborate with designers on new approaches and advise on design process best practices and optimizations. Tool Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Google Slides, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Figma, and Generative AI applications. You should have:Excellent communication (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective time management and organization. You will bring: Bachelor's degree in a creative field with 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong, diverse portfolio. With proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Canva. Knowledge of graphic fundamentals and layout. Experience with print and digital (Primary) media. Video editing capability is a bonus point
