Role: Business Analyst Intern (Revenue Operations)Duration: 6 MonthsTeam: Revenue OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands business problems, and can turn numbers into insights. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy teams to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making.This is not a heavy technical coding role - we need someone who can think in business terms, understand context quickly, and use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and AI solutions to solve problemsKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve reports and dashboards (mainly in Excel & Google Sheets)Support process improvement initiatives across Sales and OperationsHelp document workflows, SOPs, and business processesAssist in data cleaning, validation, and ensuring data accuracyUse AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiencyWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into analysisRequired Skills & AbilitiesThese are must-haves:Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google SheetsFormulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleaningComfortable working with large datasetsGood business understanding — able to think beyond numbersStrong analytical and logical thinkingGood communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detail and a structured way of workingCurious to learn how business functions like Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Operations workPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)These are a plus, not mandatory:Exposure to AI tools / automation tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.)Understanding of basic business metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, etc.)Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar)Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience in documenting processes or building SOPsAbility to think about process optimization, not just reportingWhat We’re Looking For in a PersonSomeone who thinks like: “What does this mean for the business?”Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProactive — doesn’t wait for instructions for every stepOpen to feedback and eager to learnInterested in how AI can improve business processes
