Role: Assistant Manager – IT Applications & Support(LS Central, POS & IT Infrastructure)Primary Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – IT / POS & ERP Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central POS, and retail IT infrastructure. The role will be responsible for end-to-end POS setup, ERP backend support, cloud integrations, hardware and network troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration to ensure smooth store and backend operations, while driving continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.Key AccountabilitiesPOS, ERP & Retail SystemsConfigure LS Central POS, hardware profiles, terminals, and store locations in Dynamics 365 Business Central.Provide ERP backend support, including SQL configuration, API integrations, and data exchange monitoring between corporate office and stores.Perform SQL Server backup and restore, and support Business Central integrations.Support and maintain LS Central, LS Retail Data Directory, and Job Monitor.Monitor and administer data exchange between HO and retail stores.Fine-tune and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for stable and efficient operations.Hardware, Infrastructure & NetworkManage POS hardware and software support, including printers and peripherals.Configure and manage Digital Menu Boards (DMB) and cloud-based content solutions.Perform Wi-Fi installation, configuration, hotspot management, and troubleshooting.Support servers, networks, security, and business applications.Manage CCTV, access control systems, meeting rooms, AV equipment, and projectors.Microsoft 365 & Cloud AdministrationAdminister Microsoft 365: user creation, MFA, license management, and security policies.Manage Exchange Online, including mail flow, meeting rooms, and distribution lists.Handle cloud integrations for POS systems and payment gateways (e.g., Pine Labs).Asset Management, Training & GovernanceTrack, monitor, and manage IT hardware and software assets, including periodic reporting for leadership review.Provide training to store and corporate users on day-to-day operations of Business Central and LS Central.Manage IT budgets, vendor coordination, and expenditure related to hardware and software.Handle vendor management for IT services, infrastructure, and applications.Essential Requirements8+ years of experience in IT applications support, administration, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS and retail environments.5+ years of vendor management experience.Strong hands-on experience in application support, system enhancements, and integrations.Proven exposure to ERP, POS, ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise IT environments.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
