Job Title: OneStream Developer / Senior OneStream ConsultantLocation: PAN India (Hybrid)Experience: 2–8 YearsCompany: ANP ConsultingAbout the Role:ANP Consulting is looking for OneStream Professionals with 2–8 years of experience to work on end-to-end OneStream implementations for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on development experience in OneStream and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop OneStream solutions across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting.Build and maintain OneStream workflows, forms, dashboards, cubes, business rules, and metadata.Develop and enhance business rules, including XFBR rules, calculations, and validations.Support data integrations with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other source systems.Work on data management, transformations, mappings, and automation processes.Assist in requirement analysis and translate business needs into OneStream technical solutions.Participate in system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications2–8 years of hands-on experience working as a OneStream Developer / Consultant.Strong understanding of OneStream platform components: workflows, data management, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reporting.Basic to good understanding of finance concepts such as FP&A, Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting.Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms (good to have).Exposure to OneStream MarketPlace solutions is a plus.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
