True ValueHub is an AI-native direct-material sourcing solution for discrete manufacturers that unlocks hidden value across their supply chains. We serve procurement, design engineering, and operations teams at enterprise and mid-market companies in mechanical, electromechanical, and electronics manufacturing enabling them to reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risk, and make faster, smarter sourcing and design engineering decisions. We're in a growth phase, rapidly scaling our platform and customer base. Our team moves fast, communicates openly, and obsesses over solving real problems for manufacturers navigating today's complex global supply chain. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own and drive a tightly integrated set of capabilities at the core of True ValueHub's platform: the Supplier Discovery engine.Supplier Discovery helps manufacturers find, evaluate, and qualify the right suppliers by capability, region, risk profile, and provides virtual representations of supplier facilities and regional manufacturing benchmarks, enabling accurate cost simulation, process modeling, and sourcing scenario analysis. You'll shape the roadmap, drive the data and modeling strategy, and ensure these capabilities become a true competitive moat as we scale. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You'll work directly with customers, collaborate closely with software engineering and UI/UX design, and report to the VP of Product. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and want to build something that fundamentally changes how manufacturers source, this is the role.Responsibilities:Own Supplier DiscoveryDrive the product roadmap.Prioritize based on customer impact, business value, and platform leverage.Balance near-term customer needs with long-term data strategy and scalability.Build the Supplier Discovery EngineExpand supplier search and matching capabilities by manufacturing process, capability, capacity, geography, certifications, and risk profile.Develop supplier qualification and assessment workflows enabling procurement and supplier quality teams to evaluate and onboard suppliers efficiently.Build supplier database management tools ensuring customers can maintain, enrich, and leverage their supplier data over time.Enable geographic and regional filtering to support nearshoring, reshoring, and supply chain diversification strategies.Integrate risk profiling financial health, geopolitical exposure, ESG factors, and supply chain resilience indicators.Build & Scale Digital Factory ModelsDrive the strategy for building and maintaining True ValueHub's proprietary digital factory models representing supplier facilities and regional manufacturing benchmarks.Enable accurate cost simulation and manufacturing process modelling that powers True ValueHub's should-cost engine.Expand regional coverage ensuring digital factories reflect the global manufacturing landscape (North America, Mexico, China, India, Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond).Partner with data and research teams to continuously update and validate factory models against real-world supplier and market data.Drive Platform IntegrationEnsure tight integration with the Cost Engineering module digital factory models must seamlessly power should-cost analysis.eRFX module integration discovered and qualified suppliers should flow directly into sourcing events.Go Deep with CustomersConduct customer interviews, discovery calls, and on-site visits to understand how procurement, sourcing, engineering, and supplier quality teams find and evaluate suppliers.Understand customer pain points around supplier data quality, regional sourcing decisions, and cost benchmarking.Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with software engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time.Work closely with data science and research teams to build intelligent matching algorithms and maintain accurate factory models.Collaborate with the Cost Engineering and eRFX product teams to ensure a cohesive platform experience.Align with sales, customer success, and marketing to support go-to-market efforts and gather feedback from the field.Drive ExecutionDefine clear success metrics and track product performance post-launch.Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Build & Lead (as the team grows)Mentoring, hiring, and leading product leads as the modules scale.Establish best practices for product development within your domain.Qualifications:Experience8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning and scaling B2B SaaS products.Deep domain expertise in manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain ideally with direct experience in supplier management, supplier discovery platforms, or manufacturing cost modeling.Experience building data-intensive products you understand how to source, structure, validate, and leverage complex datasets.Familiarity with global manufacturing landscapes regional cost structures, supplier ecosystems, and sourcing dynamics across North America, Asia, and Europe.SkillsStrong business and customer orientation you start with the problem, not the solution.Ability to translate complex, multi-stakeholder workflows into clear product direction.Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and visual.
