You will work with global organizations embedding Celonis and Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) to drive measurable operational improvement across critical business functions.The role focuses on transforming complex operational data into actionable insights across domains such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management (IM), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).What You'll Do:Execute end-to-end process mining initiatives using Celonis, including event log preparation, OCPM modeling, process discovery, conformance analysis, and root cause analysisDesign, build, and optimize Celonis Studio components, including Object Models, Data Models, Knowledge Models, Views, Action Flows, and advanced PQL logicDevelop dashboards and KPIs that translate process data into clear, outcome-driven business insightsConvert business and operational challenges into structured, object-centric process improvementsCollaborate closely with business operations, IT, analytics, and transformation teams to deploy and scale Celonis solutionsSupport or lead the delivery of process mining engagements based on experience levelConduct stakeholder workshops, document solutions, and present findings to business and leadership audiencesRequired Skills & Qualifications:1–10 years of experience in Celonis Data Engineering, Process Mining, or related analytics rolesStrong hands-on expertise with Celonis Studio, including OCPM, PQL, Action Flows, Views, and Data ModelsProven experience with object-centric data modeling and relationship designWorking knowledge of SAP data structures and tables (Infor experience is a strong plus)Domain understanding across P2P, O2C, IM, AP, and ARProficiency in SQL and experience with data transformation or ETL pipelines preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-first mindsetClear communication skills and experience working with business and technical stakeholdersExperience owning delivery timelines or guiding teams (for senior candidates)Celonis Technical Expert certification is a plus
