Front Office ExecutivePosition: Front Office ExecutiveLocation: Gurgaon, NCRRole OverviewThe Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and a professional workplace environment. The role requires strong administrative coordination, communication management, and customer service skills to support daily office functioning efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor ManagementManage the reception area and handle all front-desk operationsGreet visitors and clients professionally and guide them appropriatelyMaintain visitor logs and follow access/security protocolsEnsure reception and common areas remain clean and presentableCommunication ManagementHandle all incoming and outgoing calls and route them to the appropriate departmentsTake accurate messages and ensure timely follow-upsRespond to general email and telephone inquiriesProvide accurate information about the organization’s servicesAdministrative SupportMaintain and organize files, documents, and recordsCoordinate meeting room bookings and meeting arrangementsManage courier, dispatch, and postal servicesMonitor and replenish office stationery and suppliesSupport day-to-day administrative and operational tasksCustomer Service & Brand RepresentationDeliver a high standard of customer service to visitors and clientsAddress and resolve queries or complaints in line with company policiesEscalate issues to management when necessaryRepresent the organization professionally and build positive brand perceptionCompliance & SafetyAdhere to all safety and security proceduresReport unsafe situations or incidents to managementAttend required meetings and training sessionsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree required3+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or a related professional roleProficient in English (verbal and written communication)Professional appearance and presentationKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCustomer-focused with problem-solving abilityHighly organized and detail-orientedReliable and responsible with a strong sense of ownershipAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood knowledge of MS Office and office management systemsTeam player with a proactive and result-oriented approach
