Key Responsibilities:Promote car loan products to prospective customers through direct sales and lead generation. Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation. Assess customer eligibility by analyzing income, credit history, and repayment capacity. Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other relevant details. Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for timely loan approvals. Follow up with customers during the loan processing and disbursal stages. Maintain relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and referral partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and lending regulations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in car loan sales, banking, or finance. Strong understanding of car loan products and credit evaluation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Target-driven with good organizational skills.
