This role is not about random posting, it’s about strategy, storytelling, and performance. You’ll own the brand’s social presence end-to-end; planning, execution, publishing, and optimisation.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning Own monthly and quarterly social media content calendars. Translate brand goals into platform-specific content strategies. Identify content themes, formats, and narratives that drive reach and engagement. Content Execution Create and manage posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Write high-quality captions aligned with brand tone. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and founders for content inputs. Manage reels, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos. Community & Brand Building Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions. Engage with followers, creators, and relevant communities. Maintain brand voice across all interactions. Performance & Insights Track metrics: reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth. Analyse what’s working and what’s not—no vanity metrics. Share weekly insights and improvement actions. Trend & Market Awareness: Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
