Job Title

We are seeking a hands-on P2P Product Owner (MSD365 F&O) who can actively own functional configurations in the Procure-to-Pay space while performing Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities within an Agile team. This role requires direct experience configuring P2P modules , not just gathering requirements or handing configurations to technical teams. Key Responsibilities Product Owner Responsibilities Act as the voice of the business and customer for the P2P Agile team Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories Prioritize and manage the team backlog aligned with business outcomes Clarify requirements and arbitrate functionality during sprint execution Accept or reject user stories based on functional correctness Drive customer-centric thinking within the Agile team P2P Functional & Configuration Responsibilities (CRITICAL) Hands-on configuration and setup of Procure-to-Pay modules including: Vendor onboarding & master data Purchase requisitions & purchase orders Invoice processing (2-way / 3-way matching) Approval workflows Payments and integrations Independently configure P2P solutions rather than relying on another team Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements Support UAT, defect resolution, and production issues Document configuration decisions and functional designs Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain Hands-on configuration experience in P2P systems ( (MSD365 F&O , SAP P2P, Oracle similar) Experience acting as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Proven experience writing and accepting user stories Ability to own configurations end-to-end (not just coordination)
