Job Description

Specialist-Product Implementation (Global Payroll)Required Technical Skills:2 to 4 years of experience in HR Tech or software(payroll) implementation rolesAdvanced knowledge on Payroll, Core HR, Attendance modules.Proficiency in data porting, Excel, and error validation.Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools and project tracking systems.Basic understanding of system logic and workflows.Key Roles and Responsibility: Project Delivery & Client OnboardingLead mid-to-large scale implementations and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.Customize solutions within greytHR to meet complex client-specific requirements.Act as the go-to resource for escalated or high-visibility implementations.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact during implementation for strategic clients.Conduct requirement workshops and solutioning sessions.Provide consultative guidance and best practices to clientsTechnical & Functional ExpertiseMaintain deep product knowledge, including new feature rollouts and module interdependencies.Execute data migration, advanced configurations, and troubleshooting.Mentorship & CollaborationCoach and guide Associate-level team members during onboarding projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales for end-to-end implementation success.Process Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to implementation SLAs and internal SOPs.Track project milestones, share regular updates, and prepare implementation documentation.Continuous ImprovementProvide feedback to the product team based on customer inputs.Actively contribute to refining implementation templates, tools, and documentation.
