Role Description This is a full-time on-site position in Hyderabad for a PYP Facilitator. The role involves creating inquiry-based learning experiences in alignment with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, facilitating student-centered learning, fostering collaboration and curiosity among students, assessing individual progress using effective evaluation methods, and actively participating in professional development and faculty collaboration. The PYP Facilitator will also nurture a global perspective and encourage critical thinking and creativity in students. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework and methodologiesProficiency in designing and implementing lesson plans that prioritize inquiry-based, student-centered learningEffective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skillsExperience with assessment strategies, evaluation techniques, and providing constructive feedback to support student growthA Bachelor’s degree in Education, subject specialization, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Relevant teaching certification or qualification recognized by IB schoolsPassion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a global outlook in studentsPrevious experience in an IB school environment is preferred
