From the outset, you will be involved in real client work with real consequences.The graduate program is a total of three years and allows you to either work for three years in one function or one year for three different functions:Finance & Accounting – manage global finance challenges across our firmsPhilanthropy – be part of our programs in Africa, strategies and operating orphanages and managing the process of adoption globallyPrivate Equity – originate and execute investment opportunities from our own capitalResearch & Business Analysis – procure data, validate and form solutions and insights including equity researchStrategy & Leadership Consulting – develop strategic and leadership based solutionsHuman Capital – advise and deliver projects across an array HR solutionsDigital Technologies – commercial or technical solutions across most digital themesInvestment Banking – Capital Markets Trading – analyse and invest as part of our own diversified fund, both equities and Fixed Income, Commodities and CurrenciesInvestment Banking – Corporate Finance – work with our sister firm to provide M&A and capital raising solutionsMarketing, Sales & Commercial – develop and deliver marketing strategies, generate sales and structure commercial solutions for clientsAs a global firm, we hire graduates at one prime location as your stationed country. You then have the option to remain at your stationed country or relocate to any of our global locations throughout the program for up to three locations that includes your stationed country: FocusYou will analyse real business situations and contribute clear, practical solutions aligned to CF Corporation’s strategic priorities. This includes working through ambiguity, adapting quickly, learning fast, and delivering work that moves things forward.You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the business, bringing fresh perspective where it adds value. We will not ask you technical questions, but we will better understand your capacity to think, motivation and life experience.Subject to the initial interview round, the second round will require you to attend our one day event at one of our locations, where we have you be part of exercises involving other applicants. We look at how you interact with people, form solutions, manage ambiguity and work as a team for a common result. We run these rounds once per month and usually invite six people to attend at each of our global locations. Naturally, we will cover all expenses related to your process with us. Feedback is presented to you at the end of the exercise and potentially an unconditional offer.Reward StructureAn annual base salary of 8.9 million and up to 15.2 million Indian Rupees, depending on years of experience and degree level (Bachelor, Master, PhD)Bonus program of on-target bonus of 20% of base salary and up to 100% for high-achieversAccelerated career progression over three years with up to 20 % annual increase in base salary per annum based upon personal performanceHybrid working is embedded in the fabric of our firm.
