Job Title: Senior Manager - LegalJob Location: Bangalore/MumbaiJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Legal Manager/Senior Manager with 8–12 years of experience, preferably from a reputed law firm. The role involves managing complex legal transactions, especially in real estate, M&A, and debt investments. The candidate will handle legal due diligence, litigation, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. A strong grasp of corporate and sector-specific laws is essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a high-impact and fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:•Independently manage investments, divestments, and debt transactions across India•Support in legal due diligence and land title diligence•Provide legal advice and counsel across business•Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts•Manage and oversee litigation, working closely with external legal counsel when requiredPrerequisites:•Experience: 8 -12 years•Education Qualification: Law graduate from premier university (added qualification of CS/CA would be an advantage)•Preferred Background: Prior experience in a reputed law firm is essential•Strong experience in mergers & acquisitions, debt investments, private equity, and real estate•Strong domain knowledge of corporate laws, securities law, foreign exchange laws, and sectoral laws relating to real estate and infrastructure sectors•Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.•Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset.•Strong leadership, team management, and accountability.•Effective under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
