Job Title

Responsibilities:1. Being together with our GM to visit customers to provide product and technical support, and follow up for any actions raised in the meeting2. Proactively learn product /technology from headquarter, understand end customer's requirement, and can work out comparison and know how to approach customers for value added3. Participate in Exhibition and conduct a technical presentation to customer/ distributors4. Participate in a technical evaluation, can use data to provide data convinced report, good skills on PPT presentation5. Conduct training to distributors and end customers6. Provide consultation services to customers/distributors on any AOI programming by TeamViewer remote or at customer site7. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own knowledge and experience to resolve problems8. Write detailed reports of problems encountered, tests performed, and work done9. Listen, understand and convey customer requirements and implement any necessary corrective actions10. Feedback and work with internal team on quality and design related issue11. Follow up on the AR closure to resolve customer system problems12. Improve on customer support’s plan and build good customer relationship13. Ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Electrical / Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent2. Well oral expression with self-driven motivation3. Pleasant personality with the customer-oriented mindset4. Fluent in English (spoken and written)5. Good team player and multitasking capabilities6. Possess own transport & willing to travel domestically > 50% of the time to support customers.7. Must be adaptable to provide OSS (On-Site Support) for specific customers.8. Must be willing to work shifts as per customer requirements9. Located in Bangalore, India
