Job Description

Responsibilities:Orchestrate the design, development and delivery with high quality, performance, and scale.Develop roadmaps for system and product growth, and then ensure timely execution and delivery.Would be responsible for Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, Architecture, Scalability, server-side engineering UI and all other technical aspects of the product.Have high technical competence, strong technical background with a proven technical track record.A strong collaborative mindset to work closely with your peers in various teams like Product Management, Strategy, Design, Quality Assurance and more to bring diverse viewpoints and goals together.Provide supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for associates and managers who report to you.A zeal for solving customer problems, and the cascading same passion within your team. Drive for innovation and improvement - encouraging and enabling your team to improve their tools, processes, and culture; keeping them agile and creative.Qualifications:Deep understanding of Backend Technologies not limited to Java, Golang, Python (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud) and frontend technologies (Javascript, Node JS, React, Next JS) and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up.Experience working with RDMS systems and SQL(MySQL, Mongo DB, Oracle)Experience with Public and Private cloud infrastructure and solutions, preferably on AWS.Working knowledge of Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS ) and container/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)Working knowledge of CI/CD tools & processes (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Sonar), Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell)Knowledge of integration patterns and messaging technologies such as Kafka, and RabbitMQ.Hands-on experience in developing, designing & scaling complex systems.Start-up experience to scale the organization and influence engineers.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.Understanding of business processes and the application of technology to implement them.Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.Managerial competencies :Strategic orientation- company vision and long-term goals and execute strategy.Ability to manage a bunch of talented engineers and guide them to deliver.Should have the inclination to learn and gain knowledge.Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and technical innovationBe a champion of engineering excellence: establish team metrics for measurement of engineering and operational excellence. Implement a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement.Show strong business and technical judgment that will accelerate the time to market of releases, while incrementally moving our services towards the long-term vision.
