Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?About the roleAB InBev India is looking for a high-caliber Senior Manager – Music & Sports to lead some of the country’s most influential culture platforms across music, sport, and experiential marketing.This role is built for a strategic marketer with deep passion for culture, strong commercial instinct, and the ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.What the Role Entails1. Culture, Brand & Portfolio LeadershipLead the strategy for music & sports to drive brand relevance, equity, and commercial growth.Define the brand’s role within entertainment culture and integrate this into long-term portfolio thinking.Develop core creative platforms, connection plans, and brand experiences rooted in consumer insight.2. End-to-End Campaign & Experience OwnershipDrive complete lifecycle ownership — from strategy and deal assessment to creative development, execution, measurement, and governance.Lead experiential marketing planning and execution, ensuring on-ground excellence and premium consumer engagement.Translate big ideas into scalable, repeatable cultural platforms.3. Partnership, Rights & Stakeholder ManagementLead negotiations, contracting, and relationship management with partners across music, sports, entertainment, and production.Work seamlessly with agencies, internal cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.Ensure all deliverables, timelines, and contractual commitments are met with precision.4. PMO, Governance & Performance ExcellenceAct as the PMO lead for large, multi-market and multi-agency programs.Establish campaign KPIs, governance frameworks, and success metrics.Ensure strong financial discipline across campaign deliveries.Conduct structured post-campaign evaluations, extracting insights that inform future strategy.5. Leadership, Ownership & Ways of WorkingOperate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy while managing ambiguity in fast-paced environments.Bring a builder mindset — proactive, hands-on, solutions-driven.Maintain discipline in planning, reporting, creative reviews, and stakeholder alignment.Ideal ProfileMBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 institute is preferred but not mandatory.6+ years in brand management, experiential marketing, sponsorships, sports/music partnerships, or entertainment marketingProven record of managing large-scale campaigns involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrong balance of creativity and commercial acumenExcellent communication and relationship management skillsFinancial discipline and comfort with governance-heavy, high-stakes environmentsAbility to prioritize, adapt, and lead in dynamic situationsWho Will Succeed HereA culturally curious, forward-thinking marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, partnerships, and execution — and who wants to shape how brands lead in music, sport, and entertainment.If you’re ready to build scalable cultural platforms and deliver world-class consumer experiences, we’d love to connect.And above all of this, an undying love for beer!Quench your thirst for success.
