Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth across Google, Meta, and App ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on execution combined with strategic thinking on funnel optimization, experimentation, and ROI-driven scaling.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale paid performance channels including Google Search, YouTube, Meta, App campaigns, and remarketingDrive end-to-end funnel optimization from creative → landing page → conversion → remarketingPlan and manage large monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTVLead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams; test messaging, formats, and hooksDesign and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership with actionable insightsWork closely with product, tech, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead qualityTrack user behavior and intent signals to optimize lead quality and downstream conversionsWhat We’re Looking For5–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at scaleStrong expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads, and App campaignsProven track record of managing ₹10Cr+ annual spends with measurable ROIDeep understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and experimentation frameworksFamiliarity with analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.)Experience in EdTech / Consumer Internet is a strong plusExperience working with mobile apps and in-app conversion funnelsPrior exposure to high-intent lead funnels and sales-assisted conversions
