Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling client inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and basic knowledge of interior design materials and processes.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Sales & Client HandlingAttend client inquiries, understand their needs, and provide appropriate design and material suggestions.Generate new business leads through calls, visits, references, and social media.Conduct site visits with clients when required.Follow up with potential clients to close deals.Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.2. Quotation & DocumentationPrepare and present quotations, estimates, and proposals based on client requirements.Explain cost breakdowns and material details to clients.Maintain proper documentation for quotations, invoices, and work orders.3. Coordination with Design & Execution TeamsCoordinate with the design team to ensure the client’s preferences are incorporated in designs.Work closely with the project execution team to ensure smooth implementation.Update clients regularly about project status and timelines.4. Market & Product KnowledgeStay updated on interior design trends, materials, and pricing.Maintain knowledge about vendors, suppliers, and new products in the market.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Interior Design, Marketing, or related field).2–4 years of experience in interior Designs Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Sketchup, Endscape, V ray, Auto Cad (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of interior design concepts and materials.Negotiation and convincing skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
