Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager who can own both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, has proven experience in bulk hiring, and knows how to build strong people processes while partnering closely with leadership. You will be a key part of our growth journey as we scale from 320 to 600+ employees, ensuring that we attract, onboard, and retain high-quality talent across the organisation.Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition ● Lead end-to-end hiring for multiple functions with a strong focus on bulk hiring and aggressive ramp-ups. ● Build hiring strategies to support organisational scaling from 320 to 600+. ● Manage TA team, external partners, and pipelines to ensure timely closures. ● Drive employer branding, sourcing optimisation, and recruitment automation where possible. ● Establish and track TA metrics: TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio, etc. ● Drive campus hiring initiatives across colleges and training institutes to build a strong entry-level talent funnel. ● Lead large-scale hiring of counsellors, advisors, and frontline roles aligned with business needs. ● Own hiring for junior to mid-level positions across all business units with a focus on quality, cultural fit, and speed. HR Business Partnering ● Act as a strategic HRBP for business units, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership. ● Identify people gaps and implement HR solutions aligned with business needs. ● Manage performance cycles, employee engagement, and capability-building programs. ● Resolve employee concerns with a balanced approach that protects both people and business interests. ● Support culture-building initiatives as the company scales. Required Experience & Skills ● 5-8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition + HRBP. ● Proven track record in bulk hiring, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments (BFSI, fintech, BPO, sales-heavy orgs, etc.). ● Experience working in high-growth companies undergoing rapid scaling. ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. ● Ability to build processes from scratch and lead teams independently● Comfort working on-site (Gurugram), 5 days a week.
