This position focuses on the primary research and dissemination of South Asian Buddhist culture. We are looking for skilled experts to join our company on a remote, part-time basis. Successful candidates will craft high-quality reports on Buddhist culture. Compensation is performance-based, with additional bonuses awarded for outstanding work.Compensation & Benefits Payment for each report ranges from $100 to $300, based on quality: $150: Meets standard $200: Exceeds standard $300 + Bonus: Exceptional qualityKey Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the development, current landscape, and emerging trends of Buddhist traditions, institutions, and practices across South Asia. Produce authoritative, well-structured, and insightful analytical reports to support strategic decision-making. Provide expert consultancy based on research findings, offering nuanced interpretations of how Buddhist culture intersects with local socio-political dynamics. Leverage and maintain a robust professional network within relevant academic, religious, and cultural circles in South Asia to validate information and gain ground-level insights. Essential Qualifications Degree in Buddhist Studies, Religious Studies, South Asian Studies, Anthropology, or a directly related field. Demonstrated expertise in South Asian Buddhist cultures, with a proven publication or professional project record in this domain. Established professional connections with monasteries, academic institutions, or cultural organizations in one or more South Asian countries is a significant advantage. This is a remote, project-based consultant position.
