Key Responsibilities: Design high-impact marketing creatives for: Digital advertisements (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) Social media platforms Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns Landing pages and other web assets Create branding and offline assets, including: Brochures, standees, and presentations Event creatives and sales collaterals Develop performance marketing creatives with multiple variations for A/B testing Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs Support event marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, fintech events, and offline branding Adapt, resize, and optimize creatives efficiently across multiple platforms and formatsAI & Automation (Important) Comfortable using AI-powered design tools such as Klink.ai, Highfiels, Adobe Firefly, or similar, to: Accelerate creative execution Generate multiple design variations Assist with image enhancement, background removal, and resizingWhat We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design Prior experience working closely with marketing or performance teams Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times Strong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Experience infintech, SaaS, or B2B marketingis a plus
