This role will play a critical part in the global forecasting, planning and reporting processes. Primary responsibilities include formulating analyses of financial and operational data to support effective decision-making that aligns with strategic and operational goals.Responsibilities Assist in annual Hosting Cost budgeting and monthly forecasting processes including the analysis of monthly financial results against budgets and re-forecasting annual and quarterly projections based on current financial information. Work cross-functionally with Product and Development leaders to assist with the execution of budget and forecast commitments. Prepare financial and operational KPIs, including analysis by segment, product lines and professional service projects, as well as modelling of operating expense trends, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve results. Prepare monthly/quarterly cash flow statements as part of the close process and re-forecast cash flow projections based on current financial information. Analyze monthly/quarterly cash flow variances and summarize explanations. Create cash flow scenario models to evaluate the impact of potential business decisions on cash. Assist with acquisition integration efforts, including working cross-functionally, supporting due diligence efforts, and developing strategies for process integration.What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4), or 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or other related position Advanced Excel (including strong modeling skills) and intermediate PowerPoint skills required Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities Alteryx and PowerBI experience a plus, but not a requirement NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus, but not a requirement
