Anyone can speak to anyone in the organization.Key Responsibilities:Maximize the sale of products at the store, ensuring optimum customer satisfactionAchieve sales goals relative to store targetEvaluate the customer’s requirements by following customer engagement standards to provide the best solutionsEnsure store hygiene and proper functioning of products on displayCoordinate activities at the back office, manage inventory, and handle payment reconciliation with the bankHandle pre/post-sales customer escalations and queriesInteract with cross-functional departments for operational supportQualifications: 10 + 12 / Any GraduateExperience: 1 – 5 years in Premium Retail StoreLocation: BangaloreSegment: Retail – Under Armour / AsicsRequired Skills:Good communication skillsShould have a flair for customer serviceConfident and presentableShould be flexible and adaptable in working hoursPreferred Skills:Experience in retail sales.
