This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving admissions, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to parents and students.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about sales. Having a musical background or being a musician is a strong plus, as it helps in understanding the needs of students and communicating the value of our programs more effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and convert potential leads into enrolled studentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partnersProvide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for inquiriesConduct product presentations and guide parents through our curriculum, offerings, and valueDeliver onboarding and product training to new customersCollaborate with internal teams (teaching, operations, marketing) to support smooth admissionsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targetsMaintain accurate records, follow-ups, and communication in CRM toolsParticipate in events, demos, and outreach activities to grow the BodhiTree communityAnalyze prospect behaviour and feedback to continually improve sales pitches and processesQualifications & SkillsStrong communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and confident mannerExcellent customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationshipsProficiency in sales techniques and demonstrated ability to close dealsExperience in Sales Management and strategy development is an advantageAbility to conduct product training and explain offerings clearly to customersStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individualsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly beneficialMusical knowledge or being a musician is a bonus and will be given preference
