Job Description Posting Title: IVF Specialist Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹3LPM to 4LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year Responsibilities: Perform and interpret transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds (USG) for follicular monitoring, embryo transfer guidance, and early pregnancy assessment. Requirements: MBBS degree with a specialization or postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynecology (DGO/MD/DM) or equivalent. Hands-on experience in ultrasound (USG) imaging, particularly transvaginal scanning for fertility monitoring. Familiarity with IVF protocols, including ovarian stimulation, follicular tracking, and embryo transfer procedures. Proficiency in outpatient department (OPD) management, including patient intake, history taking, and clinical documentation. Basic understanding of cesarean section procedures and post-operative care, including patient follow-up and complication monitoring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail and adherence to medical protocols. Proficiency in using hospital EMR systems and digital documentation tools.
