Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleProvide strategic leadership and expert guidance for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program within internal IT.Define the vision, roadmap, governance model, and best practices for leveraging Nexthink to enhance employee experience across endpoints and applications.Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and success metrics for experience‑driven IT improvements.Advise IT leadership on proactive monitoring, analytics‑based decision-making, automation opportunities, and user‑centric experience optimization.Oversee end‑to‑end DEX initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, execution, and alignment with broader IT transformation goals.Act as the primary liaison between IT leadership, service delivery teams, engineering groups, and business stakeholders.Stay updated on DEX trends, automation strategies, and industry advancements; drive adoption of AI‑driven insights and digital workplace modernization.Ensure consistent execution of experience‑focused initiatives across regions, platforms, and technical teams.Your Profile8+ years of experience in IT strategy, Digital Workplace transformation, or consulting roles.Deep expertise in DEX platforms, Nexthink, endpoint analytics, and user experience monitoring.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide digital experience programs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior executives.Familiarity with large-scale IT transformations, modernization programs, or digital workplace initiatives.Knowledge of ITIL, service management frameworks, proactive operations, and automation strategies.Certifications in DEX/Nexthink or IT strategy consulting (preferred).Hands-on experience with self-service workflows, remediation automation, and building advanced analytics dashboards within DEX platforms.What will you love working at Capgemini?Opportunity to lead high-impact Digital Employee Experience programs across global enterprise environments.Work with modern DEX platforms, AI-driven analytics, and automation technologies shaping the future of digital workplaces.Collaborative culture with strong alignment toward innovation, transformation, and user-centric IT delivery.Structured learning, certifications, and leadership development programs supporting continuous growth.A chance to influence IT strategy and directly improve the productivity and experience of thousands of employees.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
