The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI video creation from start to finish, combining animation, motion graphics, and storytelling to deliver visually compelling content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.Key Responsibilities Create and animate high-quality videos using AI-based platforms such as Freepik, Runway, Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepMotion, Midjourney, and Adobe Character Animator. Transform scripts, storyboards, and raw concepts into engaging animated video content Edit, enhance, and animate videos using visual effects, transitions, and sound synchronization Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life Experiment with the latest AI tools for character animation, text-to-video, and AI-assisted video editing Ensure timely delivery of animations while meeting project deadlines Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand standards across all video outputs Utilize expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) to create innovative and engaging video contentRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in AI graphics and video creation Proficiency in AI video and animation tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, DeepMotion, Animaker, etc. Strong understanding of 2D and 3D animation fundamentals Hands-on experience with video editing software: Photoshop, Canva Pro (advanced usage) CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects AI video creation tools Reel & short-form video production UI/UX design principles GIF creation and motion design Strong experience in agency-style social media creativesAgency-Focused ExpectationsAbility to handle tight deadlines and quick turnarounds Comfortable working with multiple brands and industries Strong understanding of performance creatives (CTR, hooks, thumbnails, formats) Experience collaborating with account managers and performance marketers Good understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual communication Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design High level of creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to multiple visual styles Strong awareness of latest AI and technology trends in video productionEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience creating marketing, explainer, promotional, or social media videos Portfolio showcasing AI-driven animation, motion graphics, and video projects
