The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, recommending design and decor ideas, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling decor sales, developing creative interior design concepts, and collaborating with the team to execute wedding decor projects seamlessly.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Experience in Interior Design, with expertise in designing and exploring creative decor concepts Proficiency in Sales and a demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful projects Knowledge of Space Design and Layout is preferred Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality, unique designs Ability to work on-site and meet project deadlines
