As we scale and launch two new verticals — including a global function — we need a person who can read people deeply, experiment with new approaches, and influence how we build a future-ready organisation. Talent Scouting & Acquisition Leadnon-traditional, creativetalent scouting for brand, communication, creative, and strategy roles. Build a talent pipeline using unconventional platforms, communities, and networks. Design memorable candidate experiences reflecting our culture of passion and risk-taking. 2. Employee Connect & Culture Building Own the pulse of the organisation — across geographies and teams. Create genuine, personalised employee touchpoints and interactions. Build conversations and rituals that strengthen belonging, transparency, and trust. Champion a culture where pace, passion, experimentation, and compassion coexist. 3. Employee Development & Growth Work with leadership to designrole-specific, person-specificdevelopment paths. Drive learning experiences tailored to each individual — no one-size-fits-all. Identify high-potential talent early and create opportunities for them to thrive. 4. Organisational Development & Scaling Support Support structural evolution as new global and local verticals roll out. Co-create policies, systems, and frameworks that scale with the organisation without diluting its spirit. Build feedback loops to understand what’s working and what needs reimagining. Partner with founders and team leads to drive organisational health, engagement, and performance.Who You Are Someone warm, insightful, and deeplypeople-oriented . You value passion, ownership, and risk-taking, and can inspire the same in others.Skills & Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in HR / People Experience / Talent roles (open to creative backgrounds with strong people instincts). Experience working in startups, communication, media, design, or consultancy environments is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence. Experience working with distributed teams (remote or hybrid) preferred.
