Sourcing & Procurement:Sourcing fabric, trims, and accessories, and negotiating with suppliers to optimize costs and quality. Sampling & Approvals:Coordinating the development of prototypes, lab dips, and fit samples, ensuring buyer approval before bulk production. Communication & Liaison:Acting as the primary point of contact between the buyer and the factory, updating them on production status. Quality Control & Compliance:Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and industry standards. Costing & Negotiation:Calculating garment costs and negotiating prices to ensure profitability. Shipment Management:Ensuring final inspection, packaging, and timely shipping of goods.Required Skills & Qualifications Knowledge:Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabric types, and garment construction. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication for negotiating and collaborating with international buyers and local factories. Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze market trends, calculate costing, and manage inventory. Software Proficiency:Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP systems is usually required. Education:A degree or diploma in fashion design, apparel manufacturing, or textiles is generally expected
