The role involves close collaboration with operations, Engineering, and quality teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities include train Plant team members through MML programs and managing relationships with external agencies, including consultants and vendors.Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for serving as a ME Coordinator, collaborating closely with the plant team to achieve Zero Defects, Zero Breakdowns, and Zero Minor Stoppages while enhancing operator capability.Role involves working with operations, maintenance, and quality teams on the shop floor to drive ME, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvements, and conduct Root Cause Analysis.Value stream mapping for high value & high-volume products & Improvement deployment.To achieve improvements, Initiatives to carry out such as Kaizens, OPL (One Point Lesson) along with ensuring the compliance of Area ownership board.Carryout ME related Training- 5S, JH, OEE, PFMEA, Optimal condition of critical components & handholding for identification and mitigation of 7 types of abnormalities, analysis of abnormalities, countermeasures for Dust dirt am leakages and hard to access areas abnormalities, CLTI standards introduction, Kaizens, TPM related sessions.Equipment Tear Downs with OEM - Bring Equipment back to OEM condition basis Incident analysis on Safety, Breakdowns, Alarms & Quality.Manufacturing & Packing – drive to optimize Type A & Type B time with compliance.Autonomous Maintenance (AM) deployment -alignment with Engineering team & training of operators /Supervisors/technicians – know your equipment’s – deployment CLTI & KAIZENS.Interaction with OEM & plant Engineering team to achieve zero breakdown strategy.Weekly/Monthly plant specific governance progress with plant team.Knowledge and Experience:Experience: 10+ years’ experience in Operations, OE initiativesEducation: Engineering (B.Tech) OR B. Pharma/M. PharmaLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable.Knowledge of current trends in Continuous Improvement programs.
