Ensure on‑time, compliant, and profitable execution through effective planning, technical submittals, documentation control, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead project kick‑off with Sales and Quotation teams; develop project plans, roles, and Gantt schedules; align internal teams and customers on scope, timelines, and risksDeliver complete engineering outputs including part numbers, BOMs, P&IDs, 3D models, GA drawings, wiring schematics, and technical submittals in line with project specificationsPartner with Sales, Applications Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, and Quality teams to convert specifications into buildable and shippable solutionsPlan and manage ITPs, inspection and witness activities (including hydrostatic and seat leakage testing), material certifications (EN 10204 3.1/2.2), and project documentation (VDRL, MRB, data dossiers)Act as the technical focal point for clarifications, deviations, approvals, and coordination with third‑party inspection bodies (DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)Review and validate actuator sizing, accessories, and control schemes against shut‑off, differential pressure, air supply, and project requirementsMaintain revision‑controlled records, deliver as‑built documentation and test certificates, and support project close‑out through KPI reporting and lessons learnedWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in the valve and automation industry, including pneumatic and electric actuation and control systemsEngineering background preferred (Mechanical or Instrumentation), or an Associate degree with equivalent industry experienceSolid working knowledge of industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and PED; exposure to Middle East specifications (e.g. ADNOC, Aramco) is an advantageProficiency in SolidWorks, with experience producing GA drawings, BOMs, actuator sizing, and technical documentationStrong understanding of document control and project documentation, including technical dossiers, certificates, VDRLs, and MRBsExperience coordinating inspection and testing activities, including hydrostatic, seat leakage, and functional testing, with customer or notified body witnesses when requiredAbility to drive right first-time engineering, meet delivery milestones, and support profitable project executionComfortable working with ERP, planning, and document management workflows in a cross functional environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production EngineeringKnowledge of Shell and TOTAL valve and actuator technical requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interfacing with customers, inspectors, and internal stakeholdersWhy Join Bray?Bray Controls Middle East is part of a global flow‑control leader known for innovation, integrity, and customer focus.
