You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, portal requirements, and timely RFQ responses.Key Responsibilities:Review customer specifications to fully understand technical, quality, and compliance requirements and applicable industry standardsInterpret customer and industry standards and translate them into factory‑approved RFQ and quotation formatsPrepare and complete specification reviews within defined timeframes to meet quotation and tender deadlinesCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, Applications Engineers, and Execution teams to align on technical strategy and scopeParticipate in MRO quote strategy meetings and project kick‑off meetings with internal stakeholdersCreate requirement summaries covering the full scope from raw material procurement through manufacturing, testing, and valve packaging (CSP)Develop and submit Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), welding books, and paint procedures for customer approvalReview, update, and approve procurement requirements, ITPs, welding books, and painting procedures prepared by other team membersTransfer and standardize existing specification review data from Excel into Jama ConnectAct as an active member of the MRO front‑end team, accountable for accurate and timely responses to QP&S / CSP requestsContribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of QP&S tools and processesPrepare and submit weekly reports and performance metrics to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with KPIs and actively support continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Engineer or Application Engineer within valve manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial projectsWorking knowledge of end user and EPC portals, including SABIC, SADARA, and Arabian Drilling enquiry systemsStrong, hands on knowledge of valve products and their industrial applicationsDemonstrated ability to optimize work processes and improve performance metrics in a fast paced commercial or engineering environmentFamiliarity with valve industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and PEDExperience handling quality documentation, including inspection reports, calibration certificates, ITPs, and material test certificates (MTCs)Exposure to project documentation, including preparation of VDRL deliverables, Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), and data dossiersPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production EngineeringExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersWhy Join Bray?Bray is a global flow‑control leader known for innovation, integrity, and customer focus.
