Notice Period - Immediate - 30 days Location - Bangalore and Chennai Mode: Hybrid Experience - 4 years - 12 yearsAbout the RoleThis role would require designing, configuring, and developing new business processes, enhancing existing solution in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management within the purview of global template, and supporting existing SAP Fiori/UI5 based custom-built solutions integrated with SAP. The candidate should have a good understanding of Plan to Produce processes in SAP. Basic understanding of Plant Maintenance & Materials Management modules would be an added advantage. The candidate should have experience in full lifecycle implementation as well as support and enhancement projects. Should have the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. Should be a good team player who can effectively interact with business and IT teams. Should be a self-driven individual who can work on his/her own without too much handholding.ResponsibilitiesImplement Change Requests & Projects as per best practices within agreed timelines/SLAsConduct workshops, gather requirements, finalize scope, configure, design & deploy best-fit solutionsLead cross functional team(s) to deliver projectsDeploy right testing approach and perform testing diligently covering both positive and negative scenariosSupport business users in performing UAT and obtain sign-offManage production releases via Solution Manager (ChaRM)Prepare and maintain various project documentationConduct end user training including creation/maintenance of training materialHandle data migration and cutover activities, familiarity with LSMW and other toolsEngage with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and qualityProvide regular production supportConnect and manage stakeholder expectationsConduct regular status reviews with business teamsQualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate with 5-15 years of experience in SAP PP & QM moduleRequired SkillsExcellent domain/subject matter expertise in Plan to Produce business processesGood knowledge of cross module integration with FI-CO, SD, MM, WM etc.Exposure to 3rd party interfaces, IDOC/EDI etc.Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projectsKnowledge in advanced planning solutions (SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS) would be an advantageExperience in production support, continuous improvements & enhancement projectsExperience in at least 1 project in process industry would be an advantageConversant with various testing phases/cycles a project across systemsExposure to a “Global Template” environment will be an added advantageExperience in developing Fiori/UI5 based solutions will be an added advantageCertification in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Production Planning preferredTeam player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environmentConversant with ITIL framework & use of incident management toolVery detail-oriented with superior problem-solving abilityTeam player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight scheduleExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation and presentation skillsWillingness to work in different time zonesFlexible to domestic and/or international travel (short, informed trips) based on business needExcellent working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) etc.
