Role Overview We are seeking a talented and driven React Front-end Developer to strengthen our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces for our technology products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to a core set of products, and directly impact our user experience through cutting-edge front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop user-facing features using React.js, following best practices and modern architectural patterns. Collaborate closely with UX Designers, and back-end engineers to interpret wireframes and prototypes, ensuring technical feasibility and functional front-end components. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Recoil) to handle complex application states. Integrate the front-end with RESTful APIs provided by the MuleSoft ESB team and other backend services, such as GraphQL services. Ensure the application is highly performant, responsive, and adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a reusable component library and design system. Conduct code reviews and actively participate in sprint planning and estimation. Identify, troubleshoot, and debug front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in React.js and its core principles. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Strong experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Babel. Proven ability to consume RESTful services and handle asynchronous data flows effectively. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Preferrable Skills Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g. Chakra UI) or experience in building design systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Cloudflare) or CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps.
