Role OverviewQUCEV is looking for Manager – Admin & Facilities to manage end-to-end workplace operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly environment for our R&D and engineering teams.This role is critical in supporting office administration, facilities management, and employee travel operations in a fast-growing electric mobility organization.Key Responsibilities:Administration & Facilities ManagementManage day-to-day administration and facilities operations for the office and allied locations.Oversee housekeeping, transport, maintenance, and vendor services.Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance related to facilities.Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers.Manage facility budgets, contracts, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.Support office expansions, setup, and infrastructure readiness.Travel ManagementOwn end-to-end travel management for employees travelling to other domestic and international locations.Coordinate air tickets, hotels, local transport, and travel vendors.Ensure compliance with travel policies, approvals, and cost controls.Manage travel reimbursements and support employees during travel exigencies.Process & GovernanceImplement and monitor admin policies, SOPs, and service-level agreements.Track service quality through metrics, audits, and feedback loops.Support internal audits and ensure documentation and compliance readiness.Act as a single point of contact for all admin and facilities-related matters.What We’re Looking For7–10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management.Proven experience handling office facilities, vendors, and employee travel management.Strong exposure to corporate offices, R&D centers, or manufacturing environments.Good understanding of statutory, safety, and compliance requirements.Strong vendor management, negotiation, and execution skills.Comfortable with 6 days work from office (mandatory).Why Join QUCEVOpportunity to support a high-impact R&D and engineering ecosystem.High ownership role with visible operational impact.Work closely with leadership in a fast-growing electric mobility organization.
