This is a contractual role, with the possibility of extension based on performanceJob Summary:The incumbent will own and be responsible for full cycle recruitment starting from sourcing to candidate onboarding (including but not limited to sourcing, screening and offer management) for their respective coverage areas. The incumbent will be the point of contact for all recruiting related activities to both the candidate and the hiring managers within UPL.Job Tasks:Own and drive all recruiting and onboarding processes for the coverage areaSource, Screen and Interview applicants and share qualifying candidates to Hiring Managers for further reviewManage and run processes as per established standard operating procedures & SLAsActive Requisition Management (of Job Requisitions and Candidates) in SuccessFactors in real timeProactive communication with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partnersWell versed with lateral and volume recruitment (seasonal hiring cycles), able to manage large hiring volumes for similar skillsetBe a critical member in the Talent Acquisition community by contributing towards knowledge transfers, process improvementsComply with various Talent Acquisition policies and code of conduct throughout the hiring processManage candidate documentation process, including background verification of successfully shortlisted candidates.Preferred Candidate Profile:Education Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce / Business AdministrationWork Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in Shared Services or GBS. MNC hiring experience will be an added advantageWorking Mode: should be able to work and collaborate virtually with teams across the world as per business needsLanguage skills: Should be affluent in English language (both written and speaking)
