Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our contact center operations to join our Jaipur and Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPO hiring processes, sourcing techniques, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent quickly. You will partner with business managers to understand requirements, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a smooth hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions including Voice, Non-Voice, Back Office, and Customer Support roles. Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Manage the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for management. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Partner with Business Heads/Team Leads to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. Requirements:3+ years of experience in BPO/ITES recruitment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Good sourcing skills across portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS. Experience in high-volume hiring is a plus. Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and proactive. Detail-oriented and organized.
