This role focuses on designing, building, deploying, and operating scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.The ideal candidate is a technically strong AI/ML professional with deep expertise in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and cloud-native AI platforms, capable of owning complex ML systems, influencing architectural decisions, and acting as a technical authority across AI, ML, and MLOps domains.Location: Remote (US EST Timings)Key Responsibilities:• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps practices• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production-scale systems• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering• Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models• Deploy ML models into production environments using cloud-native and containerized platforms• Architect and operate scalable ML platforms across cloud and hybrid environments• Implement and enforce MLOps best practices for model versioning and reproducibility• Build CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows• Enable automated model retraining and lifecycle management• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate high-quality data sources• Optimize models for performance, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency• Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and system health• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutionsTechnical Expertise Required:• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and generative AI• Expert-level proficiency in Python• Strong experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch• Experience with MLOps frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, or equivalent• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses• Expertise in feature engineering and data pipeline design• Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services across AWS, Azure, and GCP• Experience deploying ML models using Docker and Kubernetes• Experience exposing ML models as APIs or microservices• Familiarity with real-time and streaming data platforms such as Kafka or cloud-native equivalentsWe’re Looking For:• 10+ years of overall professional experience• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering• Strong experience deploying machine learning models in production environments• Proven expertise in MLOps automation and ML pipeline architecture• Deep understanding of cloud-based and hybrid AI/ML systems• Ability to function as a technical leader and Subject Matter Expert• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
