Starcast is a boutique talent management agency for actors evolving into a next-generation talent management platform for actors, models and creators.The founder has over two decades of industry experience in acting as well as talent management, with exceptionally strong industry networks among the primary & lead actors of today, as well as key networks with personnel across brands, casting, production and studio/OTT platforms.Starcast is launching its Influencer Vertical and is looking for an Influencer Manager/Marketer to build it from the ground up.We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with an optional talent management background and an influencer network/database that allows for content creator onboarding and business development with brands and agencies.This role sits at the intersection of brand campaign execution, influencer talent management and community building via social media management. You will work closely with the founder who has a very strong network with high profile influencers and content creators, as well as brands and agencies.Responsibilities:Onboarding and managing influencer/creator talentBusiness development with brands and agenciesPitching creators for brand campaignsSupporting brand deals for Starcast’s premium actorsWorking closely with the founder on:Social media planning & content calendar hygieneCommunity building initiatives (online & offline)Liaising with podcast/content production, and editing partnersWorking with the tech team on influencer & brand workflowsTraining and exposure in actor talent managementIdeal profile:Experience in influencer management/ influencer marketing/ campaign execution/ client servicingStrong understanding of content, creators, and social media marketing for brandsOrganised, systems-oriented, proactive, creativeInterested in learning about actor talent managementExcited by early-stage startup growthCompensation:Competitive fixed pay (existing CTC raised where relevant)Strong performance-linked bonus / commission structureSignificant upside as the vertical scales
