The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to key accounts, demonstrating a strong consultative mindset, structured thinking, and relationship management skills to drive long-term value, retention, and account growth.This role requires someone who can understand complex business requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients. A strong product-oriented and analytical approach, combined with storytelling abilities, is critical to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities• Own and manage a portfolio of key Banking / NBFC accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. • Build deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, Product & Marketing teams). • Demonstrate a consultative mindset by deeply understanding client business models, challenges, and growth objectives. • Apply structured thinking to analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and propose scalable, outcome-driven solutions. • Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance discussions with clients. • Show strong product orientation by understanding product capabilities, limitations, and use cases, and aligning them with client needs. • Translate complex data, insights, and product value into compelling client stories, presentations, and recommendations (storytelling). • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and measurable business outcomes. • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and execution. • Track account health, client satisfaction, and retention metrics using structured analysis and reporting. • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications• 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Partner / Relationship Management roles. • Hands-on experience handling Bank/NBFC clients (mandatory). • Minimum 1 year of experience in an analyst, business analyst, or data-driven role, supporting decision-making through insights and analysis. • Strong product orientation with the ability to position solutions based on client use cases and outcomes. • Proven consultative selling / advisory approach, with the ability to influence decisions at a strategic level. • Excellent storytelling skills — ability to present insights, strategies, and results in a clear, persuasive, and business-relevant manner. • Experience working with BFSI-focused products, platforms, or services (FinTech, SaaS, Marketing, Data, etc.). • Exposure to enterprise or large-account handling. • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred, not mandatory).What We DoWe build and deliver BFSI-focused products and platforms that help Banks and NBFCs acquire customers, drive engagement, and improve business performance.
