You will be responsible for developing an overarching testing approach for web application and web services. We are growing rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to be part of this journey.Responsibilities:Creating test approaches with the Scrum teamsCreating and executing test cases across functional, regression and end-to-end testingAutomation framework design and implementation according to project structureDefining and overseeing the defect management processIdentifies risk, writes test plans where appropriate, and performs testing on tasks needed to be completed within the timelines of a defined sprintEnsures conformance to the SDLCAnalyze the project documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements including, but not limited to, business and technical requirements, functional specifications, integration points and use casesConvey requirements into easy-to-understand test scenarios and test plansAnalyze business requirements and identify possible gaps, and missing scenariosPlans, organizes and schedules project deliverablesRequired Skills:Demonstrate 6 to 8 years of experience in testing complex web and backed applicationsDemonstrate 6 to 8 years of software automation experience in web and backend applicationsExperience developing and executing manual and automated testsExperience in testing Java applications preferredGood understanding of monitoring logs to triage issuesTools/Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Jenkins, CI/CDGood reporting skillsAbility to embed Continuous Improvement within the Scrum teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA degree in Computer Science, or a related subject is beneficial
