The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition and a passion for creating stunning graphics.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate Visual Content: Design high-quality graphics, including logos, brochures, posters, social media visuals, advertisements, and other marketing materials.Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.Revise Designs: Incorporate feedback and make necessary changes to designs, ensuring final deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.Necessary Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop and Illustrator (CorelDRAW a plus)Minimum 3 years experienceShould understand Punjabi (must) & HindiFamiliar with current social media trends and formatsExperience with AI tools for content creation and editingStrong background in branding collaterals (newspaper ads, magazines, flyers, brochures, hoardings, backdrops, standees etc.)Experience in political consulting or with a political party is a plusQualificationsEducation: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Interested professionals looking for a high-impact challenge, capable of working with a team of like-minded and motivated individuals who think strategically, act decisively and get things done, are requested to drop an email at openings@
