Job Title: Senior Finance Associate (Bookkeeping)Location: Gurgaon – Sector 32 (On-site) Experience: 3–5 YearsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Associate to independently manage the team & end-to-end accounting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and ITR filings, along with advanced working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory). This role requires ownership of financial processes, accuracy, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1.Maintain and oversee accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books (mandatory)2.Supervise and review day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and paymentsdependently prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)4.Handle end-to-end TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns5. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and support tax assessments6.Perform and review bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny7.Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready financial records8.
