DevOps and Backend Engineer - AIExperience: 3-5 years | Location: Bangalore | IMMEDIATE JOINING | AI exposureRole Overview:We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong DevOps capabilities. This role is notfocused on core product feature development, but instead owns end-to-end deployment,infrastructure, and backend enablement.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with backend engineering and DevOpsresponsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end deployment pipelines and release workflowsWork closely with engineering teams to support backend systemsDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelinesHandle infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and stabilitySupport backend services used across internal tools and platformsWork with modern developer tools (Cursor, cloud tooling, etc.)Ensure high availability, scalability, and deployment reliabilityRequired Skills:Strong backend engineering fundamentals (any language except Node.js)Hands-on experience with DevOps practicesStrong experience with Microsoft AzureExperience with CI/CD, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automationSolid understanding of LLD, backend workflows, and system reliabilityComfortable working across backend + infrastructure boundariesTech Stack (Flexible):Backend: Java / Python / Go / any backend tech (except Node.js)Cloud: Microsoft AzureDevOps: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoringTools: Modern IDEs, developer productivity toolsInterview Process:2–3 Rounds, including:Coding (practical backend-focused)Low-Level Design (LLD)Basic coding and system understandingDevOps and deployment discussions
