Urgent opening for Finance Executive in Corporate Service Provider Company @ Mohali.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CFA will be an addedadvantage 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting roleSalary - 35,000 to 45,000 Per Month Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations Understanding of data privacy standards Proficiency in accounting software (., Tally, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWorking Location - Sector 82 MohaliWorking Hours- 09:30 . to 6:00 . (Sundays off, alternate Saturdays off)Key Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as the bank transactions and vendor payments. Responsible for Bank reconciliation and processing invoices. Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. Research and analyze financial reports. Create client invoices on an ongoing basis. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
